The quality mark ’Restaurateurs de France’ is the only official mark recognised by the French government for independent restaurants. "Qualité Tourisme™"
It is a brand which unites the rigorous quality process carried out by the professionals of tourism. Their target is to maintain a first class service in order to satisfy the customers. ‘Qualité Tourisme’ was inaugurated by the Minister for Tourism to ensure that all clients had the benefit of an excellent service.
"Logis de France"
Hotel chain "Logis de France" : the majority of these hotels have a restaurant offering to their customers a warm and friendly atmosphere. They are mainly a family run establishment where each customer can benefit from a personalized welcome. The Chefs at the restaurant will ensure you discover a wide variety of the local produce. Each region has its own specialities!
"Tables et Auberges de France"
It is a national association whose mission is to promote the quality and the variety of French cuisine as opposed to mass produced, bland cuisine.
